Challenge: A 22 year old mega brand that had never defined its brand voice. In the face of increasing SVOD competition, we needed to dig deep into what made Netflix truly unique for millions. And then we needed to articulate a consumer platform that could be rolled out in 52 markets. The answer, of course, lay in the power of story.
